Information about document shipping to Iran
Document shipping to Iran is subject to specific regulations. To ensure a smooth shipping, the following guidelines must be followed:
Without prior agreement only documents may be sent through our service – all other goods, such as CDs, samples, USB sticks, samples, etc., must be approved by us in advance.
Document shipments must also be declared to customs for export. Please note that documents may also contain information that requires an export license or cannot be approved.
For the document shipment to Iran we need name and address, including postal code of the recipient of the documents and a contact person with telephone number (preferred a Mobil phone number).
Since an export customs declaration is also required for sending documents from the EU to Iran, we also need:
- (pro forma) invoice [sample]
- The EAD Export Accompanying Document (AT330100) or, if we have to make the export declaration
- The signed Shippers declaration IRAN
- Your EORI number [further information].
